How It Works

Book one lesson, several individual dates or the whole term. If you need English but teach maths at home, simply book English. If you are travelling next week, leave that lesson out.
Choose your lesson or lessons through our secure online booking system. Payment is made securely online at the time of booking.
After booking, you receive an automatic confirmation by email with your lesson details, plus a reminder before the lesson.
At lesson time, open your booking and select Join Meeting to enter the Learning Lighthouse classroom on Zoom. There is no complicated school portal to navigate.
Some families may attend several lessons each week; others may join for a particular subject or period of the year. Both are equally welcome.
What you need
Children should join using the name provided when the lesson was booked. Cameras are used briefly for identity verification and may then be switched off.
Please join around five minutes early so your child is settled and ready when the lesson begins. Zoom links are private to booked families and should not be shared.
Parents or guardians are responsible for suitable internet access, working equipment and an appropriate home learning environment. For younger children, an adult should remain contactable in case practical help is needed.
Choose the subjects you need. Choose the dates that suit your family. Book one lesson, several lessons, or the whole term. The lesson price stays the same.
